1 Can I return any unused tiles?
Providing they meet our terms and conditions yes you can bring unused tiles back. Some special orders require a restocking charge, some of our suppliers may not, we will advise you of this when you are choosing your tiles.

We open at 8.00 am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday
9.00 till 4.00 Saturdays

3 Can I tile onto wooden floors?
Not a problem, providing you ply the floor in some cases and use an isolation matting. You will need to use a flexible adhesive and grout. Please call us if you require further advice on related products.
4 How do I cut tiles made from natural products, e.g stone slate or marble?
Providing you have a good wet wheel cutter, you should be able to cut almost anything.
5 If we choose a tile from your shop, can you measure our kitchen/bathroom for us ?
Of course, we will call at your convienience as long as your local.
6 Do you accept credit cards?
We do accept all major credit and debit cards.
